An ammonia free DIY hair primer with an abundance of foam for easy application! Formulated with Secret Magic Oil & low peroxide to tone up your hair color while leaving hair soft. This is an essential step to achieving a vivid hair color using Hello Bleach Primer Bubble, followed by your choice of Hello Bubble shade.
Easy self-hair dye. Abundant bubble, like shampoo. Convenient to use with non-runny strong foam film that doesn't sink over time.
Contains aroma flower oil - Lavender extracts for moisture, Lily extract for soothing effects, Chamomile extract for hair shining and conditioning
Free of ammonia, full of soft floral fragrance.
Use before hair dyeing for vivid hair color.
Easy foam type bleaching from roots to tips.
Light bleaching with less hair damage.
Pour Solution 1 & 3 into Solution 2 container.
Shake container well and pump out the foam.
Apply foam onto hair and leave on for 20-30mins.
Rinse off and wash with shampoo and hair treatment.
[Caution] Wear suitable gloves. Contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately if product. comes into contact with them. Propolis may cause allergic skin reaction. The mixing ratio Hair Bleach : Developer = 1: 2. Hair colorants can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow instructions. This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase your risk of allergy.
