Hush began in 2014 with a simple idea — beauty products shouldn’t cost significantly more just because they are sold overseas. Many of the products we loved were far more affordable in their home countries, yet local prices often came with steep markups.
We started Hush to bridge that gap: to bring authentic beauty products to customers at fair prices, similar to what you would pay if you had purchased them directly from the brand’s native country.
What started as a small venture gradually grew through the trust of our customers. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of serving shoppers through corporate roadshows, our pop-up stores at Raffles Place, and our online store. Each interaction — whether in person or online — has shaped how we run Hush today.
What We Believe In
Authenticity Above All
With the rise of counterfeit products in the beauty market, authenticity is something we never compromise on. We source only from trusted and reputable suppliers, rather than simply choosing the lowest-cost option.
Even then, our team checks incoming shipments to ensure the products that arrive at our warehouse meet our standards. It’s an extra step, but one we believe is essential for maintaining the trust our customers place in us.
Service Over Selling
We’ve always believed that our role is not just to sell products, but to provide a reliable and convenient service.
At Hush, there is no hard selling. Our goal is simply to offer a curated selection of products at fair prices and allow our customers to choose what works best for them.
Honest and Transparent
Skincare is deeply personal, and we believe everyone’s experience can be different. As we are neither dermatologists nor skincare specialists, we refrain from giving skincare advice.
Instead, we encourage our customers to leave honest reviews and share their experiences so others can make better-informed decisions. If a product doesn’t work for you, your feedback — good or bad — helps the community.
