I think I prefer to use Micellar water as compared to such balm. This balm is suitable for the face area, not the eyes I feel.

Discovered it in 2019 because I wanted to move away from make up wipes and I have not looked back. Prefer this over Banila co because the scent is minimal. It's a dupe to Clinique's cleansing balm (in my opinion even better). As I have dryer skin, I notice that I have to tone immediately after using this (+ cleanser) or my skin will feel a bit tight. It takes alllllll my make up off (I mean everything) and it's great for days where I haven't worn make up but have been out and about. Great cleanser!

this melts your makeup off. it's also very sanitary as it comes with a small scoop. Additionally, the smell is similar to a herbal, lemon-ish scent. It's not super strong but it's prominent (like a herbal cough drop type of minimal scent?). overtime use can make you more wary of the scent but it's not bad. also, it worked well on waterproof mascara.

Been wanting to try double cleansing so I bought this as a first! The product comes with a spatula so it is easy to use. Upon contact with water, the balm becomes slippery so apply it to your face quickly!! I'd say it does a good job in cleansing the face and removing makeup/impurities. It is a huge tub so I guess the product can be used for a really long time. Pleased with it!

This cleansing balm is really helps to melt the heavy and non-heavy makeup during the first cleansing step. It was easy to clean and is gentle compare using makeup wipes. Also using cleansing balm is better in terms of environmental friendly as not using any tissue to removes makeup.

This is the PERFECT make up remover. I think the best part is that it isn't harsh at all. You don't need to rub really hard, it just soothingly melts off every bit of makeup easily as you massage your face, and it doesn't sting when it gets into the eyes. Washes off with water as easily and doesn't leave my face feeling dry or unclean. Love the light floral scent too!

I love how easy this is to spread on the whole face. I only need a small amount on my fingertips to remove sunscreen and makeup, even those long-wearing matte lipsticks! The jar is also easy to open with a flip cap, though you have the option to unscrew and screw it on.

This balm comes with a nice spatula that fits inside nicely so you can leave it in the jar and scoop out product whenever you need, keeping things rather sanitary for a jar-type product. The balm gets nice and oily, and when you wash it off with water it emulsifies into a nice milky texture so you can keep massaging it. This gets off my most waterproof make up, and every little bit of foundation and concealer. I would recommend using a face cloth to really remove the emulsified balm before moving on to a face cleanser. When I use the balm and wash it off with a face towel, it removes every trace of make up on my skin!

It literally melts on my face and massaging it feels so relaxing. I usually just use sunscreen or light foundation so can't test on waterproof makeup and stuff. Face feels clean and soft without the film on the surface that comes with oil cleansers. Definitely loving it and will repurchase.

Decided to give it a try after finishing up my usual makeup remover. I heard so many good reviews about this product. The product cleanses away my makeup well however it has a distinct herbal smell as it is made from natural vegetable ingredients. The smell fades off after mixing the balm with water so it doesn't affect me that much. Really liked this product as the lid provides good sealing properties and it has a spatula to scoop out the product. Will repurchase it in future.
