Sebamed Clear Face Facial Toner removes excess oil, sebum and dirt particles from the skin, whilst moisturising it to protect the skin from dehydration. For use on wet or dry skin, it tones and refreshes with its pH 5.5 value of healthy skin, supporting and protecting the natural barrier function of the skin’s acid mantle.

Panthenol supports the regeneration of the skin.

Allantoin smoothes the skin and makes it supple.
