The seal on my tube is off when I received it. This product is grainy as described due to the ingredients. It doesn't get absorbed into my face, used less than a pea size, leaves a sticky, waxy feeling even until the morning when I wash off. Hope to get more advice on this product as it may not be working for me.

Used it in the morning after serum, and since it's oil-based, it protects the skin pretty well. Pretty moisturising too without the need for too much moisturiser.

Great product but it does have a strong scent - similar to a Vitamin C tablet, obviously as it is made mainly made of that ingredient. It can leave your skin feeling greasy or oily, you can definitely feel it on your skin. Additionally, it may tingle/ sting a little occasionally. If you have oily skin, I suggest using a pea-size amount as too much can definitely leave your skin feeling like an oil slick. Anyways, it is meant to be used at night so that may not be too much of an issue. I like the option of using it in the morning as well as sometimes your skin may be feeling dull. Overall, it does exactly what it promises - it gives you a fairer complexion and lightens acne scars very well so I recommend this product to anyone struggling with those issues. :)

Have been using this as part of my daily routine. Out of all the brands, this is the most affordable one with the best results! My skin is really sensitive and I use other acids too so I use this on alternate days. Vitamin C promotes collagen production guys, important to use it.

Stingssss and quite itchy. I only recently started using it again, because my skin was unstable for awhile and i didnt want to irritate it. I definitely put on a light layer of moisturiser before applying vit c. Hoping in a few weeks it will be less itchy on application. Only been using it about a week or so, haven't seen significant difference but that's to be expected. I'm hoping it will lighten my acne scars and redness cause even though i'm not breaking out as much anymore, those scars still look scary.

Been using this alternatively for about 2 months and so far so good. I feel like my dark spots have lightened slightly and my skin complexion looks brighter? It was a little stinging upon initial usage but it went away after a while. If you're skin is sensitive, I recommend mixing it with your moisturizer :) Also, for application I found that it was best to either- pat into skin or apply onto skin in a 'one direction swiping' motion. If you apply it in a circular rubbing motion like usual creams, the product tends to peel? and sorta turns grainy? Yep so don't do that. Will continue to use it and maybe after a couple more months I'll update again. But so far so good I like it a lot :)

This is honestly great in reducing my hyperpigmentation! The first thing you will notice is a kind of 'gritty' texture, which is normal! However, it can feel uncomfortable at first, so I recommend mixing equal amounts of this product with a moisturiser to make the application process smooth! There will be slight tingles during the first few applications but it will tone down or disappear when your skin finally adjusts to it! ***Take care not to use too much of this product so it can really cause uncomfortable tingling! I suggest using only about a SGD-ten-cent-coin sized dollap! (or even lesser, if you are mixing it with your moisturiser)

This is a great combination ingredients for a fast skincare routines especially in the weekday morning. At first, you would feel tingling sensation as what it does says on its product. But you won't feel that anymore after a couple of times using it. Even though, I say great things about it, but I have still not seeing any results. from using this product yet. So that is why I am giving this product 3 stars for now.

Absolutely great in helping with smoothing the texture of my skin and it has also helped with the occasional pimple (for spot treatment). If used straight up, it does leave a rather tingly and uncomfortable feeling on the skin. I do not recommend using it all over your face if you have sensitive skin. However, I will usually mix it up with my moisturiser to make it more tolerable. Also, use it only at night as it does leave your skin rather slick and greasy.
