Have never actually used pimple patches before and decided to give this a try. Must say it's pretty good in getting all the dirt out of the pimple, better than my hands, and it also prevents one from scratching or touching the pimple. However, i wasn't aware of when and how this pimple patch worked, so it took me awhile before realizing that one had to pop the pimple first before being able to effectively maximize the patch. I use it whenever i see a pimple developing and usually after using one patch overnight, it is able to extract the oil/impurities from the pimple and it is visibly smaller. For larger pimples, after leaving on the patches for about 2 hours, it is recommended to slowly and carefully peel off the patches so as not to irritate the wound too much. Use patches for a few more times for these larger pimples and it will really help!

Great for acne in absorbing pus and sebum/oil produced. The sticker is also a protective barrier to stop me from picking on my acne. Could give this a try if you have breakouts.

The pimple patch from CosRX is great as it effectively absorbs the pus out and helps to reduce inflammation of the pimple. Personally I feel that this is one of the best among the many brands of pimple patches.

Doesnt work on cystic acne, works on whiteheads that are gonna pop soon. Not sure if it prevented scarring but a major plus point for this is that it prevented me from touching my pimples (which probably prevented the scarring too!)

This product required a bit of trial and error. Used it the first couple of times to no effect. Googled a bit on reddit to see how others apply these patches and now I either apply it on blemishes that have clear pus in it, or I lightly squeeze my zits (with clean hands!) to bring them to a head before applying the patches. Love them! Gonna go order my second one now haha

Best to use this after popping your pimple. It won't do much if it's resting on a pimple that is not ripe / has not been popped yet. If used correctly it does flatten the pimple area in 1 night. Highly recommended -- have already went through 7-8 sheets of this.

I have oily acne prone skin so when my acne has a head i pop it and place the patch overnight and the next day all the pus will be pulled out. That pimple will flatten down a lot and place another one over the prevent infection and it will recover faster. Definitely a repurchase

This is the best thing that happened to me, hands down. This helps me to pop my pimples while I’m sleeping. This is basically what doctors use to suck out infections(puss) from wounds but for your pimples. This actually pulls out all the puss from below your skin and when you remove it in the morning, you can just squeeze the remaining puss from the pimple and it’s gone just like that. I absolutely love this. I highly recommend this.

This pimple patch helps to de-swell pimples in 1-3 days. Excess sebum gets absorbed overnight as well. I've also realised that my pimples heal faster after I started using these patches. Would definitely repurchase! Pretty affordable pricing too!!

The patches absorb the sebum right out of your pimples, and its better than any pimple patch that I've used (nex care, oxy, etc). Other than that, its also cheaper too, about half the price of brands sold in Guardian or Watsons.

This product helped with controlling my pimple breakouts. When a pimple outbreak occurs, I simply put on the patch and the pimple de-swells within 2-3days and reddening disappears too. Great product and travel friendly too!

I saw youtubers rave about this product and decided to give it a shot. While I love the resealable packing that allows for better sanitation, I dont think that this is an exceptional acne patch and I think it didnt live up to the hype for me. Works similar to pimple patches from other brands that are easier to purchase in Singapore from drugstores.
