USAGE
- Fill the included reusable cup with water up to the indicated line (Approximately 10ml of water).

- Swish the solution thoroughly in your mouth for about 30 seconds.
- Spit out the liquid. No additional rinsing with water is necessary, but you may rinse if preferred.
